Hi, I'm Ricky. I was born in Northamptonshire, England, in 1992 and went on to study mechanical engineering. However, I loved the hospitality trade more and have been working in hotels and restaurants most of my life.

I became a head chef at the tender age of 24 before moving to Latchi with my wife, Marija and our son, Tyler, in 2017. Tyler is five and a half years old and loves his Greek school. He speaks three languages, and I'm a little envious of that :). After cheffing for 12 years, I decided to give up and join Cyprus Mini Cruises in 2021. Two years ago, we rescued the most fantastic dog called Bryni. And she's just adorable. On a plate, that's my life.
